RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you’ve selected, we will exchange it at no cost to you. To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your product and would like a refund, please contact us at kweeniekouture@gmail.com regarding its return. Once we have received and inspected your returned products, we will immediately contact you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

SHIPPING

Your order is processed and shipped out within 7 days. It will arrive through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail. We charge a flat rate of $7.89 to ship all orders up to $60 and after that shipping is FREE.
